- Report Inappropriate Behavior: If you encounter any rule-breaking or inappropriate behavior, use the "Report" feature to notify staff. Do not engage in public arguments or flame wars.
- Don’t Spam Reports: Only report issues that violate forum rules or server guidelines. Excessive or false reports will be penalized.
8. Signature and Avatar Guidelines
- Appropriate Signatures and Avatars: Your signature and avatar must adhere to the community guidelines. Inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit content will not be allowed.
- Size Limits: Keep the size of your signature and avatar within reasonable limits to ensure the forum’s layout remains clean and user-friendly.
9. Staff Authority
- Staff Decisions Are Final: The staff team has the final say in all forum moderation decisions. If you disagree with a decision, contact the staff member privately to discuss.

Consequences for Breaking Rules

- Permanent Ban: Severe or continuous rule-breaking may result in a permanent ban from the forum.
